I have over twenty years of public service in television, radio and digital content starting my career path at Wisconsin Public Broadcasting(TV & Radio), Lehigh Valley PBS, and WTTW Chicago PBS.

I've spent the bulk of my public radio service at WBEZ Chicago, WESA Pittsburgh and now am the General Manager of an NPR member station - 91.5 KRCC - in Colorado Springs, CO.

I specialize in public radio programming to successfully raise ratings & connect with community, ratings analysis, interstitial production and scheduling, promotion on multiple platforms, content creation, direction & distribution - on-air fundraising, major donor fundraising, website best practices, social media best practices, budget management; and hiring, managing and developing content creators, reporters, producers and operations staff.

I'm a four-time presenter on successful content creation & production at the national Podcast Movement conference.
